BMT 10 Week Challenge - 1st February 2016

 

Be ready to make 2016 the best. Are you just beginning your fitness journey, want to do an event, back from an inactive period or recovering from injury then the BMT 10 Week Challenge is for you. My goal is to make 10 Weeks challenging, focused and fun for you. 

 

So what is going to happen over 10 weeks?

  • You will set yourself one goal to achieve and there will be one goal that I challenge you to

  • The Challenge Facebook private page will keep you informed and motivated and enable the group to keep contact.

  • You will receive emails on a weekly basis with info and small tasks to complete.

  • Have your own private online page to record your progress

  • I will be available during the day to answer any questions or give you advice

  • On Week 10 the Challenge Event will be fun and challenging

  • We will start Week 1 and Week 5 with a seminar to inform and motivate you

  • Once a week we will meet for a group strength session

  • One on one sessions can be included (arrange with me)

  • Wrap it all up with a social function to celebrate your success and work out your next step

 

Start date of the 10 Week Challenge is 1st February 2016.  Don't delay in signing up now as there will only be 10 spaces on this challenge.  

 

Put your name on one of the 10 spots of the BMT 10 Week Challenge 2016 for early bird price of $300 before the 31st Dec 2015 and go in the draw for a fab prize.


From 1st Jan to 31st January the price will be $350
